Simply fantastic on every level. I haven't slept this well in years. We didn't want to leave. One day I'd love to make a dream apartment like this my own. A hidden gem that will hopefully stay that way and only attract appreciative guests. The one thing I'd mention is that the stairs are too steep for people with limited mobility.

Great spot in Trieste, close to train station and public transport especially if you want to go further afield, we took the tram to Opicine and the bus to Muggia. It was 36 degrees in Trieste when we were there, it was great to be able to come back to the apartment in the afternoon to avoid the heat. The kitchen had everything, but we did not cook and the living area was great to strech out in. There is a pastry shop near by for the breakfast that is fab.We went out each night and we had a great choce of restaurants in Trieste. The best thing about Ludmila’s place is the quiet and privacy, a sanctuary to come back to in the middle of the day or evening.

Everything was perfect for a lovely holiday – a top-class design apartment with very tasteful décor! It couldn't be better for a real Italian holiday, and the hosts are very friendly. Right next door there's an excellent restaurant serving world-class regional Friulian cuisine. Thank you so much – we'll definitely be back!

Great location, great amenities, great hosts! Modern, high-quality furnishings, super comfortable mattresses, everything spotless, a well-equipped kitchen and very quiet (inner courtyard). The centre is easy to reach and the key handover was quick and straightforward.

Perfect hosts and a perfect home. Exceptionally tastefully furnished – you feel at home straight away. The location is perfect for exploring, and the beach isn't far either. Ideal for anyone who enjoys the peace of a small village. We'll definitely be coming back.
